We have been sending live reptiles by courier for 11 years, and are very experienced in doing so.

There are a few weeks of the year when the weathers is to cold to send out herps, but for the rest of the year we generally process ten + orders a day, four days of the week. The average week will send out approximately 1,000+ herps by courier.

When you order from us all the species you receive will be professionally labelled, with Common & Scientific Names.

We work hard to ensure that your order is received in great shape!

• All orders are sent in labelled animal boxes.
• All orders are packed to IATA standards (standards set by the airlines to carry animals).
• All orders are sent in polystyrene boxes with cardboard outer boxes.
  
• All orders are sent with heat-packs or cool jell packs if required with no extra cost.
  
• All orders are sent on a next day delivery, before AM.
  
• All orders are sent with animal transport certificates.
  
• All orders are sent with State Veterinary Service approved couriers.
  
• All orders are covered by our Animal Transport Certificate UK/READ/T1/00008184.
  
• All orders are collected at from our premises at 17.30.
  
• All orders are processed same day if received before 12.00 Midday.
